Treetops
Treetops is our school run before and after school club.
The before club session runs from 7:45am-8:40am (Monday to Friday).
The after-school club has 2 sessions (children can be collected at anytime during these times):
- 3:20pm-5:20pm (Monday to Friday)
- 3:20pm-6pm (Monday to Thursday only)
Please note there is a late fee for any child who is collected after 6pm (or after 5:20pm on Friday's).
Charges (from April 2025)
Our current charges are as follows:
- Before school session: £5.50 (this includes optional breakfast)
- After school normal session: £7.00 (3:20-5:20pm)
- After school extended session: £8.00 (3:30-6pm)
- Late collection fee (collection after 6pm): minimum £15.00 per child
If you collect after 5:20pm when booking a normal session, you will be charged for an extended session retrospectively.
These charges are reviewed annually and any changes take place from April each year.
Payments & Booking
Booking sessions takes place on our school management information system (MIS), Arbor.
You must ensure that your child's account has enough money before you try to book the session/s you require.
You can top up by card, childcare vouchers or the Government Tax-Free Childcare system.

If you wish to pay via Childcare Vouchers, please contact the school office for more information.
To pay via the Tax-Free Childcare system, please ensure that you email the school office with your child's code and make the transfer to Petersgate Infant School. Once the office has received the funds it will be added to Arbor and you will be able to make bookings.
Please note: childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare transfers can take up to 7 days to appear on your Arbor account, so please process these in advance where possible.
