Morning Arrangements (Drop Off)

Children are welcome into their classrooms at 08:40 using the classroom doors. The register will be taken at 08:50 and all children should be in their classroom area by that time, having hung up any coats and stored lunch boxes, reading bags etc.

If you are running late...
Registration is at 08:50. If a child arrives after that time, they must come to the office so the parent / carer can sign them into school and order their lunch if required.

If you are absent...
All absences must be notified to the school office by 09:00. If no contact has been made, the parent / carer will be contacted to ask why their child is not at school. If we still cannot get hold of you, this will be marked as an unauthorised absence.

Afternoon Arrangements (Pick Up)

At the end of the school day, children are dismissed from their classrooms to their parents / carers.
Please inform the teacher if you have made arrangements for someone else to meet your child and agree a password for collection. If the teacher is unaware of your arrangements, your child will remain in school until the parents have been contacted for information. 

If you are running late...

Please contact the school office as soon as possible. Your child may be transferred to after school club and you will be charged for a full session.
